  • Messages: As configured in the organization panel (max. 7 years)
  • Payment records: 7 years (tax compliance)
  • Security logs: 1 year

7. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers contracted for specific purposes:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Amazon AWS: Data Hosting
